Job Summary

MXR Imaging, Inc. is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, conducting maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for various medical imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair medical imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Installation and Site Readiness: Install medical imaging equipment, perform site inspections, and ensure site readiness for equipment installation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete all necessary paperwork, order parts and supplies, and perform administrative duties such as service ticket closure, time tracking, and expense reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Electronics preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Medical Imaging Field Service, with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
  • Competencies: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, proficient in MS Office applications, and strong communication skills.
Physical Requirements

The role involves manual tasks such as handling equipment, standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects. Specific vision abilities are necessary for the job.
