Position Overview

Scripps Health Administrative Services plays a vital role in supporting our extensive network of healthcare facilities, which serve a significant number of patients annually through a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

This is a full-time role (80 hours per pay period) primarily scheduled for weekdays, with the expectation of availability during weekends and evenings. The position is based within a leading healthcare facility.

As the Supervisor of Imaging Services, you will oversee the daily operations of the imaging department, ensuring compliance with established standards and fostering a culture focused on patient safety. Reporting to the Patient Care Manager, you will share leadership responsibilities, manage staffing plans, and ensure optimal patient flow for an enhanced patient experience.

Eligibility for Hiring Incentives:

  • Internal candidates are not eligible.
  • Rehires who left less than three years ago are excluded.
  • New graduates must have at least one year of experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in imaging services, including at least one year in a leadership capacity.
  • Certification from ARRT/CRT or ARDMS/CCI or RN.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least two years of leadership experience in imaging services.
  • Experience with EPIC systems.
  • Strong knowledge of diagnostic radiology and MQSA standards.
