Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, which may include addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.

Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience in Insurance Sales/Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
- Sales experience in various settings (inside sales, outside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Capability to establish rapport with clients.
- Property & Casualty license.
- Life & Health license.
