  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to inform stakeholders about new IT solutions, ensuring effective integration within the healthcare framework.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to operational assets that improve business efficiency.
  • Analyze business challenges impacting digital assets and devise strategic solutions for implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated focus on business development within the healthcare industry, with a strong aptitude for sales.
  • Experience in crafting Go-to-Market strategies that encompass both demand capture and creation.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue and operational objectives through strategic planning.
  • Background in cross-functional solution architecture and development, particularly in delivering high-quality IT solutions for health insurance entities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare insurance systems and various insurance plans.
  • Expertise in healthcare insurance processes such as member enrollment, claims processing, and care management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and ACA, with a commitment to compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Capability to tackle complex challenges and utilize data-driven insights to enhance healthcare insurance operations.
  • Experience in responding to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies in healthcare insurance.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing large teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 13 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a thorough understanding of industry processes and challenges.
  • Experience in developing strategies aimed at improving efficiency and service quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative, technology-driven solutions.
  • Relevant certifications in healthcare IT systems are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is a plus.
