Regional Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
- Develop and present sales proposals and pitches to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
- Customer Retention
- Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and prevent churn.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Financial Management
- Manage and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
