  • Oasis Compliance: Monitor Oasis for accuracy and compliance with regulations, providing guidance to nursing staff.
  • Nursing Competencies: Maintain compliance with nursing competencies, ensuring staff meet regulatory requirements.
  • PPS Compliance: Review PPS data, identify trends, and educate staff on compliance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in home health care, preferably in nursing supervision, and 5 years in nursing management
  • Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of New Jersey
