- Education and Training: Develop and implement education programs for patients and staff, promoting knowledge and skills development.
- Administrative Responsibilities: Assume managerial and administrative duties, including record documentation, MD orders, and maintenance of regulatory standards.
- Referral and Admission Process: Accept referrals, initiate admissions, and process patient information, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Oasis Compliance: Monitor Oasis for accuracy and compliance with regulations, providing guidance to nursing staff.
- Nursing Competencies: Maintain compliance with nursing competencies, ensuring staff meet regulatory requirements.
- PPS Compliance: Review PPS data, identify trends, and educate staff on compliance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in home health care, preferably in nursing supervision, and 5 years in nursing management
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of New Jersey
