About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission to spread More Life to our members and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage with members and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our services.
  • Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our fitness program.
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Sell memberships and promote our services to help drive studio growth and revenue.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our brand and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a positive and safe experience for members.
Requirements
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, trainers, and other staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using our sales and marketing systems.
