We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert product knowledge to customers and prospects
- Broaden our customer base by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Foster collaboration between departments to achieve business objectives
- Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and follow up on leads
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
- Stay up-to-date with new products and services offered by Alchemy Financial Group
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (MS Office, etc.)
- Honesty, integrity, and professionalism
- High school diploma / BA degree
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
