About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Long Term Care Nursing Assistant. In this role, you will provide direct care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with mealtime and feeding
  • Support residents with mobility and transfers
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition
Requirements
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
