Nurse Care Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Emerald Health & Rehab Center. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of this role is to assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate care delivery, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel. This must be done in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our community, as well as any requirements by the Director of Nursing Services or designee to ensure the highest quality care.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state where you work.
- Must have a current CPR certification.
- Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in performing duties.
- Able to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques.
- Able to work hours as scheduled based on position/assignment requirements.

Salary Information:
Our competitive wage for this position is estimated to be around $75,000 annually, depending on location and experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer an attractive sign-on bonus of $7,500.
