At Aramark, we are seeking a talented Operations Director to lead our contracted services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client and customer experiences.

Job Overview

  • We generate significant revenue from our contracted services, typically ranging from $2-15M+ annually.
  • This role involves managing multiple services, including food service, facility support, custodial services, retail, lodging, transportation, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services while executing day-to-day operations.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and the local community.
  3. Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff capable of achieving organizational objectives.
  4. Analyze operational needs and capabilities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Partner with Finance to manage budgets and optimize financial performance and operational productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and building a strong business.
  • Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
  • Meaningful experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to lead through other managers.
  • Experience in creating and managing department budgets, financial controls, and analysis.

Salary Estimate

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
