Position Overview
This role is situated within the Large Business and International (LB&I) Division, specifically in the Office of Program and Business Solutions. The incumbent will undertake a variety of responsibilities at a high level of expertise.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conducts comprehensive studies, analyses, or projects aimed at resolving intricate issues that necessitate significant creativity and innovation in determining methodologies and identifying pertinent factors for evaluation.
2. Extracts actionable insights from data to enhance organizational performance and meet strategic objectives.
3. Leads project teams by effectively distributing and managing workloads, ensuring alignment with project goals and individual skill sets.
4. Monitors project progress and communicates status updates to stakeholders.
5. Responsible for the formulation of overarching concepts and methodologies, employing research techniques to determine data collection requirements and analyze diverse data sources.
6. Selects or develops suitable methodologies and tools for addressing analytical challenges, leveraging multiple data sources to enhance existing programs or initiatives.
7. Prepares data for analysis by collating, cleaning, transforming, and integrating both structured and unstructured data.

Qualifications
Applicants must possess specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service, which includes:
- Leading significant project initiatives utilizing a broad spectrum of evaluative and analytical methods.
- Familiarity with laws, policies, and regulations to formulate recommendations that influence program execution and assess the implications of new or revised legislation on agency operations.
- Proficient in oral and written communication to present findings, negotiate solutions, and prepare various documentation to support new initiatives.
- Experience with data systems and programming, including the ability to analyze data for project evaluation and administration.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Access, SQL Server, and SharePoint for developing customized solutions and improving processes.

Additional Information
This position may involve alternative work schedules or telework options, subject to eligibility requirements. Relocation expenses are not covered.
