Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

2. **Data Insights**: Extracts valuable insights from diverse data sets to enhance business outcomes and meet organizational goals.
3. **Project Leadership**: Acts as the project leader, distributing and balancing tasks among team members based on objectives and expertise, ensuring timely completion of projects.
4. **Monitoring Progress**: Keeps track of the status and advancement of studies and projects, providing regular updates.
5. **Methodology Development**: Responsible for formulating methodologies, utilizing research techniques, and determining data collection strategies.
6. **Data Integration**: Selects or designs appropriate methodologies and tools for solving analytical problems, integrating various data sources to improve existing programs.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service, including:
- Leading significant project initiatives that involve a broad spectrum of analytical methods.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, policies, and regulations to formulate recommendations impacting program execution.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication for presenting findings and negotiating solutions.
- Experience with data systems and programming for analysis and solution development.
- Knowledge of software tools such as Access, SQL Server, and SharePoint for creating customized solutions.

Additional Information
This position may involve telework options, contingent upon meeting eligibility requirements. The salary range is subject to adjustment based on the selected duty location. This is a bargaining unit position.
