Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Analyst to manage and improve our data and operational system infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage production, ERP implementation, and analytical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Reporting: Partner with the Executive team to develop the Operations and Financial systems long-term plan, operational timelines, and the tactical plan to implement and improve systems.
- Operational System Implementations: Manage the Operational system implementations, project management, and project status reporting. Manage timelines, framework, and the project scope, with assistance from hired consultants.
- Operations Analysis: Analyze and determine how to best mitigate freight costs and logistics spend. Develop robust models to compare options, and do ongoing analysis to ensure we are using the best suite of solutions and refreshing our options.
- Leadership: Be a hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump into the weeds to understand our systems and understands the value of their time and prioritizes strategic leadership.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of senior-level analyst role managing systems and/or analysis.
- 5+ years of experience in food and/or beverage production.
- Experience at multiple sizes and maturities of companies, specifically at start-ups and mid-stage companies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Passionate and skilled at recruiting, training, and coaching team members.
- Self-starter with excellent prioritization skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
- Software experience: extremely skilled in Google Sheets/Excel and capable of writing macros and scripts, ERP/MRP implementation experience, and the ability and interest to learn new software.
