About the Role
As a Sr. Sales Manager at Supermicro Computer, Inc., you will be responsible for expanding our customer base in targeted areas. You will also maintain the quality, efficiency, and integrity of our sales process through various marketing activities and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, generating new leads, and surpassing revenue goals. They will approach customers in Government, Data centers/Cloud, Gaming, HPC and qualify opportunities; create target lists for vertical markets. The Sr. Sales Manager will develop relationships, communicate product and market information, monitor inventory, negotiate prices, and facilitate credit issues.

The successful candidate will consistently achieve lead and quota, produce reports as necessary, and possess strong communication skills across multiple disciplines and cultures. They will have experience tracking and reporting data on lead activity and be proficient in English, with proficiency in a second language a plus.
