Job Title: Director of Ticket Sales and Revenue Operations

AEG's Gotham FC is seeking an experienced Director to lead our ticket sales and revenue operations. Based in Jersey City, NJ, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and develop a high-performing sales team.
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
