Estimated Salary:$215,000 - $265,000 per year

Job Description:

The Regional Sales Director will oversee and manage all regional activities related to sales performance, product distribution, dealer development, parts, service, training, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic and tactical direction of the region, including establishing regional priorities and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Establish overall regional strategic directionDevelop plans and strategies to attain regularly assigned objectivesCoordinate and implement all national programs on a regional basisFoster strong dealer relations in the regionEnsure dealers' facilities meet or exceed standards set by HMA

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have fifteen plus years of automotive experience, prior dealer contact experience as a RSM, RPSM, and national headquarters experience. Additionally, you should have seven to ten years of remote team and staff supervisory experience, and ten plus years of wholesale experience. You should also have excellent management, analytical, and communication skills, as well as proven leadership abilities.
