Job Summary

The People and Culture Department plays a pivotal role in shaping the organizational culture and ensuring the success of Neighborhood House. As a key member of the team, the People and Culture Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent. This includes designing and implementing onboarding programs, creating opportunities for professional growth and development, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement performance management systems that promote growth and development.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees to help them navigate the organization and achieve their career goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent development and management.
  • Proven track record of success in designing and implementing effective onboarding and training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
