Position: Territory ManagerLocation: San Francisco / Sacramento Bay AreaRole Summary: The Territory Manager will play a pivotal role in advocating and selling high-quality products to industrial, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) facilities within the assigned territory. This position requires collaboration with distribution partners and end-users to stimulate product demand and elevate sales performance.Key Duties:
  • Oversee current accounts while establishing new distribution channels
  • Encourage end-user interest in new product offerings
  • Develop and sustain a robust distribution network
  • Educate distributors and end-users about product features
  • Facilitate product knowledge sessions and workshops
  • Participate in industry trade exhibitions
  • Leverage sales tools and programs effectively
  • Prepare for client meetings and deliver sales projections
  • Work in tandem with the inside sales team and representative agency network
  • Provide impactful presentations
Qualifications:
  • Experience in outside sales account management
  • Familiarity with welding, safety, construction, and industrial sales sectors
  • Background in metalworking, tooling, or drill bit industries
  • Proven ability to generate and nurture leads
  • Exceptional multitasking and communication abilities
  • Hands-on skills in product demonstrations
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and quick-thinking capabilities
