Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Phihong USA Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand our distribution network and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our distribution network and achieve revenue targets.
  • Channel Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners and VARs, while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Sales Execution: Drive sales growth through effective management of distributor accounts, including setting sales goals, providing product training, and supporting promotional activities.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer support teams to align distribution strategies with overall company goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Customer Focus: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing distributor concerns, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or business development roles within the power supply or related industry.
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor relationships.
    • Strong understanding of the power supply industry and market dynamics.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
