About the Role

Enphase Energy is seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Industrial Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the commercial and industrial solar market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop business relationships with national commercial and industrial solar developers, asset owners, and partners.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans with commercial enterprise stakeholders, including EPCs and installers.
  • Collaborate with and coach existing sales teams to develop and close sub-portfolios owned by national commercial and industrial developers and enterprises.
  • Create and execute six-quarter forecasts and report weekly and monthly on sales and opportunity status.
  • Partner with C&I training and field marketing to deploy C&I training and events.
Requirements
  • Successful track record of commercial and industrial solar sales to installers required.
  • Successful track record of working with commercial enterprises on solar development preferred.
  • Proven ability to gain a price premium through consultative solution selling, tailoring pitch and value proposition to the unique wants and needs of each stakeholder in the solar development process.
  • Possesses a minimum of 8+ years of commercial and industrial sales experience to direct and channel partners as well as commercial enterprises and off-takers.
  • Demonstrably strong negotiation and influencing skills; commercially astute.
  • Entrepreneurial personality with a hands-on attitude.
  • Demonstrates strategic vision and planning capabilities.
  • Understands, with clarity, key internal/external business and technical issues.
  • Quantitative and results-driven professional who can adapt to rapidly changing environments.
  • Salesforce experience a plus.
  • 30-50% travel.
What We Offer

The on-target earning (OTE) range for this position is $145,000 to $200,000 per year. This OTE range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for equity and benefits.
