We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for community outreach, initiating brand/sales partnerships, prospecting new business opportunities, and building relationships with key decision-makers. As a Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in growing our business and increasing marketing/sales opportunities.

Requirements

Main Responsibility and Functions:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients/partners and industry trends and needs
  • Analyze market’s competitors
  • Generate quality leads through various methods, including via phone, networking events, digital marketing, industry events, trade shows, etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business goals.
  • Contribute to the creation of pricing strategies and proposals.
  • Building rapport with clients/ partners through professional communications (having exceptional phone and email etiquettes)
  • Track and report on monthly goals
  • Continuously improve product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with prospects and growing the brands
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances.
  • Explore and enter new geographic markets or territories.
  • Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our company's products and services
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, partners, or stakeholders.
  • Communicate the company's value proposition and benefits effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Adaptability and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
  • Ability to travel locally as needed for client meetings and events

Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20/Hr to $26/Hr

**In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible to earn commission based on your performance, providing you with the opportunity to further enhance your total compensation**
