Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform essential administrative tasks including filing, printing, and managing communication.
  • Engage with visitors and clients with a professional demeanor, adhering to established protocols.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests and team members.
  • Assist in scheduling and planning activities to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the meeting room schedule, ensuring all requirements for setup and equipment are fulfilled.
  • Manage hospitality requests for both internal and external meetings.
  • Facilitate on-site support for virtual meetings and video conferences.
  • Organize room layouts and procure decorations as necessary.
  • Provide additional administrative assistance as required.
  • Submit and manage requests for technical support and procurement.
