We are currently seeking an Event and Meeting Specialist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves providing comprehensive support for all events and meetings, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform essential administrative tasks including filing, printing, and managing communication.
- Engage with visitors and clients with a professional demeanor, adhering to established protocols.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests and team members.
- Assist in scheduling and planning activities to optimize operational efficiency.
- Oversee the meeting room schedule, ensuring all requirements for setup and equipment are fulfilled.
- Manage hospitality requests for both internal and external meetings.
- Facilitate on-site support for virtual meetings and video conferences.
- Organize room layouts and procure decorations as necessary.
- Provide additional administrative assistance as required.
- Submit and manage requests for technical support and procurement.
