  • Reporting: Generate nightly reports detailing event activities and maintenance needs, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Minor Repairs: Address minor issues during events and coordinate repairs as necessary to minimize downtime.

  • Facility Maintenance: Perform light cleaning and general maintenance tasks as required to maintain the venue's high standards.

Requirements:

  • Supervisory Experience: Leadership skills and team oversight experience are highly desirable.
  • MS Word Skills: Basic level understanding of MS Word is required.
  • Software Aptitude: Ability to learn and utilize various software applications is essential.
  • Facility Management Knowledge: Understanding of essential systems and facility management principles is necessary.
  • Flexible Schedule: Availability for varied work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
  • Independence: Ability to work autonomously with initiative is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication for reporting and interaction is required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships at all organizational levels is necessary.

Physical Requirements:
