Minimum Qualifications:

  • Clear background check and positive references
  • Previous experience supporting children with autism or developmental disorders
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging situations
  • Strong interest in autism spectrum disorder and assisting clients
  • Reliable transportation
  • Capability to stand for extended periods, lift weights, and perform physical tasks
  • Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Current RBTs are encouraged to apply
