At Ascend Talent Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial real estate management and development company, you will provide exceptional support to our property management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service to our clients.

Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property and asset management team, including:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and tenants
  • Preparing and updating lease files and abstracts
  • Managing and tracking certificates of insurance
  • Entering invoices into our accounting system
  • Composing and sending client communications
  • Planning and supporting client appreciation events
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2 years of previous administrative experience, preferably in commercial real estate
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A professional, reliable, flexible, and positive attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal forms
  • A proactive attitude, willing to take on additional responsibilities and assist team members
  • A strong interest in real estate
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or similar work experience
