Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team in various administrative and organizational functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely notification and tracking of supporting functions for new hires
  • Administer background checks and monitor progress for staff and attorneys
  • Assist with job postings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and applicant communication
  • Collaborate with HR Director and department managers to implement recruitment strategies and interview processes
  • Track candidate status and follow up as necessary
  • Provide backup support for business cards and send new hire paperwork
  • Prepare HR documents for onboarding and offboarding
  • Organize and maintain employee personnel records and document management
  • Assist with data entry
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic email platforms
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay Rate: $19-$22 per hour

Schedule: Flexible, up to 25 hours per week
