Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Representative at DRB Capital, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals in need of liquidity by offering innovative financial solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and qualify pipeline leads, ensuring the progression of opportunities through the sales cycle. You will be responsible for executing sales initiatives and meeting sales goals, while maintaining a strong focus on customer relationships and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain purposeful relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Determine customers' financial requirements and sell structured settlement solutions that meet their needs.
  • Exercise diligence in planning, following up, and closing deals by working with clients to facilitate the accumulation and prompt return of requisite documents.
  • Evaluate cost and revenue to determine profitability and make informed business decisions.
  • Consistently perform daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and grow sales volume incrementally.
  • Continually add new prospects to the pipeline to expand sales reach and meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of Inside Sales experience with a heavy phone call volume.
  • Extensive sales background with a proven track record of closing deals and handling high call volume.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that translate well in outbound calling and in-person interactions.
  • Persistent problem-solving skills to forge relationships and overcome obstacles.
  • Driven to meet goals, generate results, and overcome objectives.
  • Advanced business acumen and understanding of sales principles.
  • Successful negotiations, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Accurate and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation.
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced, multi-task driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and ability to use company CRM (Salesforce).
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
