Job Overview

A-STAFFING, INC. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through outside sales, customer relationship management, and market research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with customers and vendors, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver presentations to customers, including sales performance reviews and product updates.
  • Administrative: Manage customer invoices and credits, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; database management skills and experience; excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Language and Communication: Excellent English language and communication skills; Japanese/Korean/Chinese language proficiency preferred.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependable work ethic, strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a proven record of maintaining high accuracy under tight deadlines.
