Concierge Home Care is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL.
About the Role:
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for achieving sales quotas, building relationships with key stakeholders, and executing brand marketing strategies at the local level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Development: Conduct daily calls with key stakeholders to establish long-term relationships and achieve sales quotas.
- Territory Management and Partnering: Develop and implement an efficient local market business plan to maximize opportunities and increase sales results.
- Technical and Clinical Expertise: Develop and apply business analytics, marketplace, disease state, competitor, and clinical expertise to position Concierge Home Care favorably within the territory.
Requirements:
- Two years of direct selling experience in the healthcare industry (home health care, medical device, senior living, LTAC, or skilled nursing) required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Car insurance.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary with uncapped earning potential through a robust bonus plan.
- Monday-Friday schedule in a concentrated territory.
- Full-time benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k)/401(k) match, mileage reimbursement, data plan reimbursement, employee referral program, and three weeks of PTO/year.
