Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Grieco Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized sales and service experiences.
- Financial Services: Provide insurance and financing services to customers, including verifying sales information, determining need for financing, and preparing financing and legal documents.
- Menu Selling: Utilize the menu selling process to determine customer needs and preferences, and provide relevant sales and service recommendations.
- Business Operations: Maintain dealership reputation by building and maintaining customer rapport, answering questions, providing information, and resolving discrepancies and dissatisfactions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and help others comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a satisfactory Customer Satisfaction Index by providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: CDK, Route One, and Darwin experience a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to read and comprehend instructions and information, and valid driver's license.
- Personal Qualities: Professional personal appearance, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
