Position Overview: The Outbound Appointment Setter plays a crucial role in connecting with potential clients to discuss their needs and arrange in-home consultations for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads generated by our canvassing team.
  • Verify customer information for accuracy and check availability for consultations.
  • Address and resolve objections from potential clients regarding scheduling and costs.
  • Provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction during calls.
  • Deliver exceptional service to exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain adherence to schedules while ensuring high-quality service.
  • Foster teamwork through reliability and consistent communication.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and type while conversing with customers.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable to new challenges and quick to learn.
  • Flexible in a dynamic work environment.
  • Decisive, balancing company policies with customer needs.
  • Dependable, motivated, and flexible.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of home improvement products and services.

Work Environment:

  • No travel required.
  • May require overtime during peak business periods.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standard office environment with sedentary work.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
