Role Summary: The Warehouse Operations Specialist is essential in managing warehouse organization and material logistics. Key responsibilities encompass evaluating and executing enhancements in warehouse processes, procuring necessary materials, employing transport equipment, organizing inventory, and collaborating closely with the Distribution and Fulfillment Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement enhancements for warehouse operations
  • Source and acquire materials to boost warehouse productivity
  • Operate transport equipment to safely handle materials
  • Maintain organization of warehouse inventory and products
  • Support various warehouse-related initiatives
  • Engage effectively with all stakeholders
  • Carry out additional tasks as required

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting
  • Experience in material handling
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with distribution management practices

Travel Expectations:

  • 10%-25% domestic travel may be necessary
