Pump Industry Business Developer

CareerPaths NW is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities include engaging in field sales calls, utilizing our CRM system to manage sales activities, collaborating with the inside sales team, and facilitating training sessions to expand business opportunities. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of products and technical solutions to clients, as well as contributing to the design and development of custom systems to meet client needs effectively.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in outside industrial sales or a relevant field, who has a strong understanding of industrial and fluid handling equipment. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered. Strong negotiation skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities, and self-directed motivation are also essential qualities for this role.
Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
