Business Development Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven M&A/Special Projects Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with a passion for financial analysis, strategic growth initiatives, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mergers & Acquisitions, with experience in leading end-to-end M&A processes, including sourcing, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and integration.
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and executing merger and acquisition opportunities and leading high-impact special projects that align with our business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end M&A process, including sourcing, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and integration.
- Conducting detailed financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessments to support deal-making decisions.
- Collaborating with legal, tax, and financial advisors to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
- Developing post-merger integration plans and monitoring the success of acquisitions.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
