Business Development Opportunity

At Hilton Anchorage Downtown, we are seeking an exceptional Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent client service and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with revenue management and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Collaborate with hotel management to create and implement sales plans that address revenue, customers, and market opportunities.
  • Lead on-property sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in a hospitality or travel industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach sales team members.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
