Business Development Representative

Anchorage, Alaska is a hub for business growth and opportunity. Uline, Inc., a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to build our presence in the region.
As a Sales Account Manager with Uline, you will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities within your markets, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth. Your ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and solve complex problems will be essential to your success in this role.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with 6% employer match, paid holidays, and generous paid time off. You will also have the opportunity to learn from industry experts through our 4-week Uline-specific sales training program and 12-week mentorship program.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of previous sales experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a valid driver's license. The ability to perform some overnight travel within the state of Alaska and to our Seattle, WA distribution center is also required.
