We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Aarons. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary: $16.25 - $17.00 per hour.

Job Overview

The Sales Manager position is a key role in our organization, responsible for generating leads, closing agreements, and providing excellent customer service. You will be working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and close agreements
  • Process renewal payments
  • Handle merchandise and maintain showroom floors
  • Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships
  • Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies
  • Assist General Manager with operational functions
Requirements
  • Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada)
  • HS diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
  • Valid state Driver's License and must meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
  • Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
  • Able to perform physical job, including lifting to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly
