About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Strategist to join our team at Mortgage Benefits. This is a remote role that requires strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities in new and existing markets, using data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies for expanding client reach, utilizing subsidized leads to connect with potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients to ensure sustainable market growth and enhance their success.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide recommendations to optimize client outcomes, leveraging performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Licensing: Willingness to obtain a sales license and comply with all relevant regulations.
  • Location: Located in the USA with the ability to work remotely.
