Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant III will provide administrative support to the Patient Care Manager at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital. The incumbent will perform a variety of clerical and data management activities, including payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Patient Care Manager, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Perform payroll administration, including processing payroll and managing employee benefits.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and events.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
