Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Marriott International. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including entering and retrieving information from computer databases, preparing documents, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and retrieve information from computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball.
  • Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing software.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distributing incoming mail.
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
