Job Summary

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Premier Systems, you will provide high-level administrative support to our team. This role requires a strong understanding of office equipment and Microsoft Office applications. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting agency and local policies, directives, and procedures. Additionally, you will have experience using Microsoft Office Programs, including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
* Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
* Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements

* High School diploma or equivalent required
* 4 years of experience in administrative support
* College/University degree and 2+ years of experience
* Ability to read and interpret agency and local policies, directives, and procedures
* Experience using Microsoft Office Programs, including Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
