Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Staffing Manager to join our team at Randstad USA. As a Staffing Manager, you will be responsible for selling our services and recruiting candidates for placement with our clients.

About the Role:

As a Staffing Manager, you will be the face of our company, building strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers. You will be responsible for identifying prospects in need of our workforce services and solutions, and executing activities that will gain results. This includes:

  • Effectively selling and recruiting through modern media connections
  • Identifying prospects in need of our workforce services and solutions
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers
  • Creating partnerships through various channels of communication with key decision-makers
  • Executing activities that will gain results (lots of calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
  • Listening to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client's potential
  • Negotiating pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
  • Effectively sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Coaching and retaining talent
  • Marketing talent to ensure they land the right job
  • Using a combination of approaches that require exceptional documentation
  • Offering innovative and creative employment solutions
  • Providing services that consistently delight our clients and talent

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years of professional sales experience
  • Staffing Industry experience, highly preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) Proficiency, highly preferred
  • Strong history of being the best at whatever you have done in the past
  • Technical competency
  • Ability to connect with others
  • Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
  • Experience and quick adaptability utilizing digital tools and Google Suite applications
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model
  • Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job
  • Possess a natural curiosity and relentless determination to make things happen - you like to WIN
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives
