  • Welcome and assist visitors at our facility.

  • Execute various office duties as required, including data entry tasks such as reconciling timecards, generating invoices, and handling billing matters.
  • Engage in data entry and maintain communication with staff and healthcare clients.
  • Oversee payroll processing and keep current records for staffing and homecare personnel.
  • Address any billing inquiries and assist in marketing efforts for staffing and homecare services.
  • Manage phone communications, including transfers and screening calls as necessary.
  • Direct clients and visitors appropriately.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documentation.
  • Extract and summarize information from logs, emails, and meeting notes as needed.
  • Respond to administrative inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and appointments for management personnel.
  • Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes and relevant materials.
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure maintenance of office equipment.
  • Track expenses and manage petty cash effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in office administration or related fields is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.

Working hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM.
