Role Summary: The Service Manager will oversee a dynamic service department, leading a team of 20-25 personnel and subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion, while managing all inspection and financial aspects associated with these initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the commercial roofing sector, with expertise in both flat and sloped roofing systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role as a Service Manager.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders, and remain on foot for extended periods.
  • Carpentry skills are advantageous; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient computer skills; familiarity with FCS software is beneficial.
  • Willingness to work 9-hour days and weekends as necessary; availability for after-hours calls is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 20-25 workers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints, while monitoring all inspection and financial matters related to these projects.
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring financial discipline.
  • Assess and control all project-related costs.
  • Investigate cost-effective materials and equipment options.
  • Conduct regular inspections to guarantee quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
