Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, SOX, and internal controls; proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing and service sectors, with knowledge of job costing and inventory control.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
