We are seeking a seasoned executive to drive commercial growth and lead our sales, marketing, and brand development efforts.

Salary Estimate: $200,000 - $300,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance brand positioning.
- Sales & Distribution: Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, foster relationships with key partners and retailers, and develop effective distribution strategies.
- Marketing & Brand Development: Drive marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and ensure cohesive messaging that reflects our premium brand.
- Distillery Experience: Oversee the development and delivery of immersive experiences at our distilleries, aligning them with our luxury brand ethos and customer expectations.
- Partnerships & Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other strategic partners to foster growth and long-term success.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across sales, marketing, and experience functions, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Financial Accountability: Collaborate closely with the finance team to manage budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure profitability within all commercial functions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in the spirits or luxury packaged consumer goods sectors.
- Proven track record of success in commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and brand development.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.
- Experience in managing relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
