Position Summary:

Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation is seeking a qualified Scientific IDIQ Manager to oversee various contracts that deliver essential support services including Human Resources and Information Technology. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in program management, adept at initiating, planning, and controlling multiple projects simultaneously. This role encompasses the management of government contracts, acting as the primary liaison for operational matters, supporting Contract Project Managers, and facilitating proposal efforts for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to government clients, vendors, and internal staff.
  • Oversee the management of specific projects, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions and project milestones.
  • Engage with clients to proactively address potential challenges and risks that may affect contract deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to contract regulations and compliance standards.
  • Conduct site visits and host project initiation, review, and closure meetings as necessary.
  • Monitor project costs, schedules, technical performance, and quality metrics.
  • Guarantee compliance with corporate and governmental policies.
  • Drive profitability and revenue growth for assigned programs.
  • Manage financial aspects of programs, including budget preparation and cost management.
  • Oversee subcontractor activities and deliverables.
  • Collaborate across functions while maintaining accountability for project outcomes.
  • Recruit and retain qualified personnel to meet project demands.
  • Support proposal initiatives through market research and documentation preparation.
  • Prepare reports and technical reviews for senior management as needed.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through market analysis.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather insights on requirements and acquisition strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and foster relationships with government points of contact and industry partners.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of program management experience with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience in writing and editing technical documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of government contracting processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must pass a government background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
  • Experience in drafting proposals for Federal Task Orders and related documents.
