Position Overview: We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Operations and Maintenance (O&M), repair, minor construction, and sustainment contracts for a Tier 3 Data Center program. This role will serve as the primary liaison between the client and our organization, ensuring exceptional leadership, customer satisfaction, and adherence to all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the timely and professional execution of all assigned tasks.
  • Maintain a full-time on-site presence during standard operating hours.
  • Be available for client support 24/7/365, either in person or via phone.
  • Possess a government-issued smart device for communication.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant program management experience.
  • Have at least five (5) years of experience managing contracts in secure government environments exceeding $5 million annually.
  • Lead personnel effectively, with a minimum of five (5) years in a supervisory role.
  • Hold one or more of the following certifications: FMA BOMI, RPA BOMI, PMP PMI, FMP, CFM.
  • Engage with clients to clarify facility requirements.
  • Monitor project performance to ensure successful completion of objectives.
  • Manage budgetary constraints and adjust project plans as necessary.
  • Develop and share comprehensive project plans with stakeholders.
  • Maintain sensitive facility information and documentation in secure systems.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Qualifications:

  • Current Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • Technical expertise in Maintenance Management within a Tier 3 Data Center environment.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in facilities management of comparable scope.
  • Five (5) years of experience in secure government contracts exceeding $5 million annually.
  • Relevant certifications such as FMA BOMI, RPA BOMI, PMP PMI, FMP, CFM are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools is essential.
  • Familiarity with NFPA, EPA, and OSHA regulations is preferred.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Completion of OSHA 30 training is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
