Role Overview
As we expand our world-class Sales organization, we are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to enhance our onboarding processes, ensure team readiness, and boost overall productivity. At Verkada, we approach Sales Enablement with a unique perspective, granting our team members the autonomy to innovate and adapt for success.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic enablement partner for our Phoenix sales team, comprising approximately 45 representatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to organize onboarding, ongoing training, tools management, and content development.
- Assess team needs for effectiveness and create training materials to enhance performance and product knowledge.
- Develop expertise in our products to deliver high-quality training and resources.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Strategy, Product, Marketing, and other teams to continuously improve the enablement experience and communication.
- Manage the onboarding calendar comprehensively, ensuring clarity of expectations and facilitating an exceptional experience for new hires.
- Communicate effectively to oversee sales onboarding, SKO, QBRs, and training schedules, keeping stakeholders informed of updates.
- Support tools and resources to enhance sales productivity, including report generation and addressing representative inquiries.
- Maintain current knowledge within our internal Sales Hub and track resource utilization.
- Contribute to larger enablement initiatives to ensure organizational success.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or related Sales roles.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage an audience.
- Self-motivated, yet comfortable seeking guidance when needed.
- Ability to simplify complex processes effectively.
